Design Consultant / Sales
This is not an entry-level position as you would be one of only three professional sales staff
Basic Function: Sales / Estimate / Design / Structural residential remodeling projects
- Work with clients to build relationships, determine project scope & budget range and sell our process
- Work with our design department to develop initial & final designs
- Estimate jobs that result in profit on constant basis
- Prepare computerized job estimates, proposals, and quotations on a timely basis
- Ability to review drawings and plans for residential construction
- Must have knowledge of residential construction and all facets of remodeling industry
- Must have strong sales and communication skills
- Interface directly with clients to resolve any issues that may occur
- Ability to support entire team
- Must be able to work within a structured system and be a team player

Senior Designer
This is not an entry level position. Minimum of 10 years of kitchen and bath remodeling experience
- Work with clients assessing their needs
- Use experience to guide customer decisions
- Assess project requirements
- Integrate design elements into the project design
- Meet with clients in our showroom or their home
- Take accurate measurements
- Provide drawings and estimates
- Communicate with clients
Skills:
- Very Dependable
- Organized
- Proficient with 20/20
- Proficient with CAD Manual Drafting
- ASID a plus
- CKD, and CBD Certified preferred
- Familiar with Millwork Drawings
- Experienced with Custom to Modular Cabinetry & Specifications
- Good Presentation abilities

Experience:

Project Manager
Minimum of 10-15 years of residential remodeling experience
Must be able to efficiently run multiple jobs at the same time from start to finish and supervise field staff Knowledgeable of all phases of remodeling and/or addition projects

Carpenter
Basic Function: Perform all residential carpentry as assigned
- Layout including building lines, elevations, wall and partition layout
- Formwork for walls, floors, columns, highway structures, precast erection and other
- Framing floors, walls, roofs, stairs, heavy timber, structural studs and other
- Finish work including panels, finishes, interior and exterior trim, installation of cabinetry, casework, doors, hardware and other
- Welding, cutting and grinding
- Ceilings system installation
- Drywall operation including framing and rocking of walls, soffits, columns, chase walls and other Safety including scaffold systems, walkways, shoring, sheds, weather protection, and care of tools
- Equipment and installation of fall protection systems
- Own tools
- Have truck or vehicle

We find we work best with companies whose owners self perform and/or directly supervise projects. We expect quality work and prompt communication from all our trade partners. You must be willing to work in a fast-paced and competitive atmosphere, and be self-motivated, organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills. These are requirements for consideration.
We are looking for the following experienced and licensed trades:
- Demolition
- Masonry
- Plumbing
- Stucco
- Finish Carpentry
- Roofing
- Framing
- Structural Concrete
- Tile
- Electrical
- MUST have the following:
- Five Years+ Licensed Experience
- Minimum $1,000,000 Liability Coverage (Five years Continuous Coverage)
- Self Perform or Directly Supervise Projects
- Be Organized and Professional
- Have a standard of high quality
- Guarantee work for a minimum of 2 years
