Residential Designer/Revit Expert

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of design and construction drawings in Revit for design review and plan submittals.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Visit job sites to take measurements and document existing conditions.
  • Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs.


  • Residential design experience with Type V construction a MUST.
  • Possess the ability to take a project from preliminary design through the permitting process.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience working with Revit software.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on an accelerated schedule.
  • Familiar with construction means and methods.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Residential Interior Design Assistant

Join our collaborative design build firm as an Interior Design Assistant for the opportunity to build a strong and thriving career.


  • Assist Senior and Junior Interior Designers throughout the design process with floor plans, elevations and construction document sets.
  • Research of appliance specifications, various materials, accessories and more.
  • Product sourcing and order placements.
  • Preparing, managing and maintaining all project binders, files, correspondence, drawings, etc.
  • Ability to field and address client questions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • General office tasks including filing, answering phones and guiding perspective clients on tours of our showroom.
  • Running light errands as needed.
  • Other duties as required.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from an accredited program.
  • Attentive to details, highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Knowledge of design principles is vital, working knowledge of construction methods is helpful.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
  • 20/20 experience is preferable.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and demanding creative environment and has a strong sense of urgency, organization and follow-through.

Cabinetry Specialist

The Cabinetry Specialist will process cabinetry orders utilizing a high degree of accuracy (orders may include cabinets, moldings, fillers, panels, etc.) Must be detail focused and understand the complexities of custom cabinetry and installations.*

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Translates wall measurements from AutoCAD to 20/20.
  • Collaborates with Designers to ensure cabinetry selection will function properly.
  • Using floor plans as a guide, Cabinetry Specialist will conduct job site measures.
  • Refines and corrects 20/20 drawings to ensure all cabinetry parts and pieces are accounted for.
  • Prepares cost estimate for cabinetry to be ordered.
  • Processes custom cabinetry orders directly with manufacturers.
  • Will meet with Installation team and will discuss cabinet installation details.


  • 5 years' experience in kitchen and bath cabinetry design and/or ordering is required.
  • Experience working with various lines of custom cabinetry manufacturers is required.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and possess highly technical thinking abilities.
  • Team player but also capable of working independently.
  • Must have experience using AutoCAD and 20/20 software.
  • Ability to accurately use measurement tools at job sites.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and capable of also working independently as necessary.
  • Must have reliable transportation for travel to and from job sites as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design is desired but not required.

Design Consultant / Sales

This is not an entry-level position as you would be one of only three professional sales staff

Basic Function: Sales / Estimate / Design / Structural residential remodeling projects

  • Work with clients to build relationships, determine project scope & budget range and sell our process
  • Work with our design department to develop initial & final designs
  • Estimate jobs that result in profit on constant basis
  • Prepare computerized job estimates, proposals, and quotations on a timely basis
  • Ability to review drawings and plans for residential construction
  • Must have knowledge of residential construction and all facets of remodeling industry
  • Must have strong sales and communication skills
  • Interface directly with clients to resolve any issues that may occur
  • Ability to support entire team
  • Must be able to work within a structured system and be a team player

Senior Designer

This is not an entry level position. Minimum of 10 years of kitchen and bath remodeling experience

Project Manager

Minimum of 10-15 years of residential remodeling experience
