PRESIDENT/CEO  


Todd
entered the remodeling business at age 20 and was a licensed general contractor by age 23. He is experienced in all aspects of the industry and has extensive knowledge of specialty products and materials. Todd is committed to ongoing continuing education in his field enabling him to develop and refine the professional remodeling operations at Jackson Design and Remodeling, Inc. Since founding the company more than 17 years ago, Todd has maintained the company’s commitment to quality, service, and complete customer satisfaction.


FIRST IMPRESSIONS


Anita is the first point of contact. With a background in design and customer service, Anita clearly communicates what potential clients can expect as they consider a remodeling experience with Jackson Design and Remodeling.


DESIGNERS  


Chris has a degree in Architectural Design and is an expert in structural and space design. His skills and knowledge provide unique design solutions for clients and contribute to our company receiving several industry awards.
Tatiana, an ASID member, has a degree in Design. Her talents have been showcased in several ASID San Diego home remodel tours and featured numerous times in local and national remodeling and design magazines.
Sol has a degree in Architectural Design and focuses her talents on kitchen and bath design. Her great design instinct, use of creative materials, and meticulous attention to detail result in exceptional projects.
Susan holds a degree in Design and is an ASID and NKBA member affiliate with over 7 years of kitchen and bath interior design experience. Her attention to detail and design have produced remarkable projects.
ASSISTANT DESIGNERS
Karina is the design assistant to Tatiana. With a design degree in progress, she uses her experience and attention to detail to handle the tiniest aspects of a project from beginning to end; such as hand rendering, drafting, tedious material selection, etc.; ensuring that every client gets the special attention they deserve. Her nurturing character gives her the ability to maintain others’ calms under pressure so that work is accomplished smoothly and errorless.

Melinda assists both Sol and Susan. After graduating in 2007 with an Interior Design degree from Alfred, NY, she uses her experience in design and passion for art and writing to produce the outstanding results of her exceptional renderings and beautiful design board layouts, which better help clients visualize what their home remodel will accomplish. Writing project descriptions for design competitions shows her understanding of the intricate design process that she helps to ensure will run creatively and efficiently.


ESTIMATING
Mitch has been with our company for over 15 years and has over twenty years in the industry. Upon completion of designs Mitch takes over using his vast knowledge to complete a comprehensive scope of work and researching any required labor or specialty materials that may be required. The contribution Mitch makes to the overall success of your project revolves around ensuring everything is clearly written and communicated to ensure all parties expectations are understood.
PRODUCTION MANAGER

Eugene,
our Production Manager, having once owned a successful remodeling firm himself has come to work for JDR with over 30 years of construction experience and has quickly positioned himself as one of our leaders. Eugene with his get it done attitude uses his expertise in all areas of project and business management to help successfully support and guide our project superintendents, field personnel and subcontractors to exceed our clients expectations.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS
 
Alan and Joe work with our clients and designers to produce our unique one of a kind projects. With their over fifty years of combined experience in the construction industry they help organize, schedule and implement, by use of our trained field staff and our highly skilled subcontractors, the production of outstanding projects, on time with minimal inconvenience to clients.

ADMINISTRATION  

Jennifer,
front office manager interfaces with our clients, staff and vendors and oversees the day to day operations to ensure that our office runs smoothly.
 
Minh and Christina manage the accounting department and make sure that all financial aspects of the business are in proper order.
Mary takes care of business promotions and works on our special community outreach projects.

Jackson Design and Remodeling, Inc. attribute much of its success to the great people behind the scenes who have worked with the company over the years.
