Jackson Design & Remodeling Wins 2009 CotY AwardLeader in San Diego Remodeling is Recognized for Residential Interior Design(SAN DIEGO February 2, 2008) Jackson Design & Remodeling (JDR), a leader in San Diego design and remodeling, and winner of the 2007 BBB Torch Award for Business Ethics, today announced that is has been awarded a Regional CotY Award in the category of Residential Interior over $100,000. Were honored to be recognized for our work for remodeling in San Diego, said Todd R. Jackson, President and CEO of JDR. This project was a team effort. Working with the clients and seeing their excitement over the finished project is the biggest reward we can hope for. The 2009 CotY award is icing on the cake. Winners were named by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) during this year's regional competition. Judging for the regional projects took place at NARI's national headquarters in Des Plaines, Illinois, in January. Regional CotY Winners will now advance as finalists to the national level. An impartial panel of judges who are experts within the industry and associated fields, selected winners based on each entrant's "before and after" photography and project description. Judging was based on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, degree of difficulty and entry presentation. Serving the San Diego area since 1989, Jackson and his team have served over 1700 clients.
