How the Better Business Bureau Helps Build Trust in the Marketplace

Jackson Design and Remodeling has been a member of the San Diego Better Business Bureau since 1998. Our membership in the BBB and the awards we have won from the organization help build trust with our customers, community and industry, and are key influencing factors when new clients are reviewing options for their remodeling project.

Today, 116 BBBs serve communities across the U.S. and Canada, evaluating and monitoring more than 3 million local and national businesses and charities. Your Better Business Bureau of San Diego & Imperial Counties, founded in 1921, currently delivers over 4,500 Business Reviews a day to consumers. Most callers are seeking pre-purchase information on companies with whom they are considering doing business. These services represent approximately $4 billion in local buying decisions annually.
