Jackson Design and Remodeling Recognized for Exemplary Client Service with 2023 Guildmaster with Highest Distinction Award
Annual awards program honors leaders in the residential construction industry that earn exceptionally high customer recommendation rates
(SAN DIEGO – May 4, 2023) – Jackson Design and Remodeling (JDR) announced today it has won a 2023 Guildmaster with Highest Distinction Award from GuildQuality, an independent third party surveyor for remodelers, home builders and home services contractors. This year marks JDR’s 17th consecutive Guildmaster award. Signaling JDR’s commitment to both service and design excellence, the award was presented shortly after JDR was honored with the National Contractor of the Year (CotY) award – the highest form of recognition by industry leaders and peers – from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) for a stunning Sunset Cliffs whole home remodel that received a perfect score from NARI’s judging panel.
In the residential construction industry, the average customer recommendation rate is approximately 70%. To earn a Guildmaster Award, a member must achieve a ‘Likely to Recommend’ rate of 90% or greater. JDR earned a remarkable 98% recommendation rate for 2023. The GuildQuality Guildmaster Awards recognize U.S. and Canada-based design and remodeling companies that demonstrate the utmost level of customer service, demonstrated by an exceptionally high customer recommendation rate.
To determine the top service leaders in 2023, GuildQuality independently reviewed thousands of survey responses from real remodeling clients, asking how much they would recommend the business to a friend, and analyzed the number of clients who responded to the independent survey. Out of nearly 2,000 eligible applicants, JDR is one of just 400 businesses within the residential construction industry recognized by GuildQuality for consistently delivering superior customer care. JDR’s 98% recommendation rate distinguishes the firm for the 17th time as a pacesetter in home design and remodeling client service.
