Designed for a retiring couple who plan to pass it on to future generations, this stunning coastal home was inspired by Cape Cod classics. In a desirable community where many homeowners keep boats in slips behind their homes, the 1970s design needed an extensive whole home remodel. Square footage was added to the second level and the exterior and curb appeal were dramatically transformed. A palette of blues, grays, and whites echoes the tranquility of the sea, while wainscoting and shiplap add traditional character. Now a perfect expression of its neighborhood’s lifestyle, this design will endure for years to come.
