This kitchen for a retired couple was designed to embrace the wife’s love of cooking and her fondness for the traditional homes she grew up with in the South. Abundant white cabinetry and a bold hood in a deep stain to match the island are focal points in this bright kitchen with a beautiful view of the backyard and pool. A wall was removed between the kitchen and the dining room to create an open space, ideal for entertaining.
