Alison, Senior Interior Designer for Jackson Design and Remodeling, is an inspiring and visionary designer whose very first kitchen design won a national award. In 2017, she was selected as a recipient of the prestigious NKBA “30 Under 30” award, which recognizes outstanding young designers. Alison earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Design Institute of San Diego. She attained certification from the National Kitchen and Bath Association as an Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer (AKBD) and is an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).

Her imaginative and technically impressive work has been recognized with several industry awards, including a 2019 Chrysalis award, a 2018 ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) award, 2018 and 2017 CotY (Contractor of the Year) awards from NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry), a National Chrysalis Award and a Qualified Remodeler Master Design Honorable Mention Award. One of her designs was a nominee in HGTV’s Faces of Design 2018. Her work has been featured in local and national publications, including Cottages & Bungalows, San Diego Home/Garden Lifestyles, Coastal Homes, Ranch & Coast, and Make it Organized.

Alison was inspired to pursue a career in design from a young age when her family moved into a new house that required a whole home design and she discovered how much she enjoyed creating from a blank slate. She is a talented and diligent professional who has demonstrated an ability to create nationally recognized, award-winning designs while also mentoring others, volunteering in her community, and dedicating herself to the success of her team as a whole.
