Jessica

Design Associate

As a Design Associate at Jackson Design and Remodeling, Jessica brings creativity, organization, and strong attention to detail to every project. Growing up in a family of artists, she developed an early interest in design and went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art and Design, with a minor in Landscape Architecture, from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She was drawn to residential design as a way to combine her artistic background with her enjoyment of working with people, helping create spaces that are beautiful and useful in everyday life.

Jessica has experience supporting residential projects through site measurements, drawings, material selections, presentations, and client communication. She enjoys the variety of her role and learning how each part of the design and building process comes together. At JDR, she finds it especially rewarding to see an idea develop into drawings and, ultimately, a space a client can enjoy for many years.

Outside of JDR, Jessica enjoys traveling, staying active, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family. She also grew up in a musical family, plays piano, and has a knack for picking up new instruments.
