Joey’s extensive hands-on skills combined with his ability to understand and manage the overall vision for a project are essential to his role as General Manager for Jackson Design and Remodeling. Joey has been passionate about the remodeling industry since his parents remodeled their family home when he was a child. His lifelong dedication to the craft is essential as he oversees operations of multiple departments to ensure JDR exceeds the client’s expectations. Joey leads company training sessions throughout the year, to ensure the team is up to date and educated in design and installation techniques. Joey works closely with the CEO regarding projects and serves on JDR’s Leadership Team. He strategizes with the Production Manager to review project scope and plans to create accurate production schedules and assists with walk-throughs, to ensure we are exceeding JDR standards on every project. When he’s not at work, Joey enjoys spending time with his children and traveling internationally whenever possible. He was recently inspired by Bob Ross to take up landscape painting!
