Design Department Manager & Senior Interior Designer

With an innovative and collaborative approach, Leah brings a strong sense of leadership and creative vision to her role as Design Department Manager & Senior Interior Designer at Jackson Design and Remodeling. She was drawn to a career in interior design from an early age, inspired by the opportunity to express emotion and energy through thoughtful, personalized design.

With more than a decade of experience in residential and commercial design, Leah has led numerous high-level projects while developing extensive expertise in construction, technical detailing, and project execution. Alongside designing select custom remodeling projects, she leads JDR’s Design Department, overseeing team collaboration, workflow, and design excellence. She works closely with designers, architectural, and production teams to ensure every project reflects JDR’s high standards for creativity, technical accuracy, and exceptional client experiences.

Organized, detail-oriented, and known for her transparent leadership style, Leah is passionate about mentoring her team and fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous growth. Adept at understanding what each client needs and envisions, Leah is motivated by bringing their dreams for their homes to life. She also believes in having fun during the creative process and works to make each step of the way enjoyable for clients. Leah was also featured as a guest on JDR’s podcast, Remodeling Reinvented, where she discussed design trends and how homeowners can incorporate both classic and new trends into their homes. When she’s not at work, Leah enjoys spending time with her family and raising her young children.
