Director of Operations

As Director of Operations for Jackson Design and Remodeling, Yoal leads the company’s core operational functions, ensuring people, processes, and systems align to support organizational success. Her oversight includes Human Resources, Client Relations, Facilities Management, and IT, where she focuses on optimizing workflows, strengthening compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Partnering closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership, Yoal drives strategic initiatives, supports department heads, and ensures that teams have the resources they need to thrive. With a passion for scaling people and growth, she is dedicated to developing talent, building strong client experiences, and creating operational structures that enable long-term success. Known for her organization, dedication, and collaborative approach, Yoal is a key partner in driving operational excellence and supporting JDR’s commitment to exceptional client experiences.

Outside of work, Yoal runs a Candle Studio and enjoys supporting her young daughter’s artistic pursuits with her husband.
